After-Sales & Claim Policy
We processes all orders based on confirmed specifications. If any issue occurs after delivery, please notify us within the following timeframes:

Quantity issues
within 1 working day (keep packaging, provide packing/weight records)
02.
Quality issues
within 15 working days (provide photos or inspection evidence)
All claims are reviewed based on order specifications and material standards.
If the issue is caused by Cybertron Metal, we will provide replacement or cover related costs.
If caused by the buyer, related logistics or additional costs will be borne by the buyer.
