Can you provide samples before bulk order?
Yes. Samples can be provided based on your required specifications.
For standard materials, samples are usually free, while courier cost may be covered by the buyer.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on product type and specifications.
For most orders, it is based on coil weight or container loading (e.g. 20–25 tons).
For special sizes or trial orders, smaller quantities can be discussed.
Can you customize size and processing?
Yes. We support customized processing based on your requirements, including:
- Slitting (custom width)
- Cut-to-length (custom sheet length)
- Roll forming or further processing
All specifications are confirmed before production.
How do you ensure product quality?
Quality is controlled throughout the process:
- Raw material from qualified mills
- Processing under controlled parameters
- Final inspection before shipment
Mill Test Certificates (MTC) and third-party inspection can be provided if required.
What is the typical lead time?
Lead time depends on product type and order quantity:
- Stock materials: around 7–10 days
- Production orders: typically 15–30 days

Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We operate as an integrated supplier combining material sourcing and in-house processing,
providing both production support and export services.
Do you support international shipping?
Yes. We regularly export to multiple countries and provide:
- Standard export packing

What documents can you provide?

- Mill Test Certificate (MTC)
- Invoice & packing list
- Certificate of origin
- Inspection reports (if required)
What payment terms do you accept?

- T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)
- L/C (Letter of Credit)

How do you handle after-sales issues?
If any issue occurs after delivery:
- Quantity issues: report within 1 working day
- Quality issues: report within 15 working days
If the issue is confirmed on our side, we will provide a solution or replacement.
If caused by the buyer, related costs will be borne accordingly.
